Please read the following carefully before placing an order:

1. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
   We currently do not offer COD. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
2. No Return or Exchange
   All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so kindly check all product details (sizes, colors, measurements, etc.) before purchasing.
3. In case of size issue we will put the product on story as available again for 24 hours, size issue should be informed within a week after delivery
4. Damaged/Defective Items
   
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, a package opening video is mandatory as proof.
• Without this video, we will not be able to process any complaint
5. Exchange or Return Requests (If Approved)
   
• In special cases where an exchange or return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery.
• You have to update us regarding the issue within 48 hours of delivery on pandapickedstore@gmail.con
• Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned parcel and verify its condition.
6. Condition of Items
   
• Items must be in original, unworn condition.
• If there are any signs of wear, damage, stains, or perfume, no refund will be provided.
